We deliver across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout from the total weight of the items in your order. The prices below include VAT.

We do not add a separate Highlands surcharge. The delivery options and final charge available for your address will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times
Standard tracked delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. Express tracked delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days. These are delivery estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and apply after your order has been dispatched.
We normally prepare in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Custom-cut items and larger orders may take longer. If an item is available for preorder, its stated dispatch timeframe applies. Where an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, please contact us if you need the in-stock items sooner.
We will send tracking details when your order is dispatched. We may use Royal Mail, Parcelforce or another suitable tracked carrier depending on the size, weight and destination of the packed order.
Large and heavy orders
Acrylic sheets are packed to protect them in transit. The weight bands above determine the checkout charge; they do not guarantee a particular number of parcels. If your order weighs more than 100kg or you need a delivery quote for a particularly large order, please contact us before ordering.
Destinations
We currently offer checkout delivery to the UK regions shown above. British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses are not currently supported. If checkout does not offer a delivery option for your address, please contact us before placing an order.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@twracrylic.co.uk. Photos of the item and its packaging will help us put things right quickly.
