UK Delivery
We offer simple, transparent shipping based on parcel weight.
All orders are securely packed and sent via tracked courier service.

| 50kg – 75kg | £20.85 |
Orders exceeding 75kg may require additional parcels. Please contact us at info@twracrylics for orders over 75kg.
How Shipping Works
Orders are packed into courier parcels with a maximum weight of 25kg per parcel.
For larger orders, shipping will automatically calculate based on the number of parcels required.
Example:
- Small order (1 parcel) → £6.95
- Medium order (2 parcels) → £13.90
- Large order (3 parcels) → £20.85
This ensures fair and transparent shipping costs for all customers.
Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery typically takes:
2–4 business days
Please allow additional time during busy periods.
Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas
Some locations may incur additional courier surcharges including:
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Channel Islands
If a surcharge applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
International Orders
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
For international enquiries please contact us.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and products.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
